Shipping and returns
We ship all products to anywhere within Australia and some products to a range of counties in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Please let us know if you would like us to ship to another country, and we will check out shipping options.
We use Australia Post’s standard letter and parcel delivery service and Officeworks Mailman service. These are a safe and reliable service that allows us to keep costs low. Orders will be processed and posted within around 3 working days. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

Returns & exchanges
It's really important to us that you love your purchase from zohlab. We stand by the quality of our products.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to arrange a replacement. You will need to pay the postage, which we will refund you to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item you are returning is not faulty. We are not held responsible for items that are lost in transit when you are returning them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise if it is eligible for a replacement.
However, as we are just starting up, unfortunately, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for any other reason. We ask that you choose your product carefully.
